Easy Boho Wall Basket
Good morning fellow crochet peeps! I am so excited to share with you an easy level crochet pattern for my Boho Wall Basket! So, this crochet pattern includes instructions for 3 sizes to include written instructions and image tutorial.

It takes approximately hour to create the largest sized Boho Wall Basket. Which is the basket in the above image. Create one basket or create all 3 sizes.
The choice is yours! Make some with tassel or fringe. In addition if you would like a larger basket all you have to do is add rows.

Easy Boho Wall Basket
Measurements laying flat excluding wooden ring/fringe Small basket 6 x 8 inches
Medium basket 8 x 9 inches
Large basket 9 x 11 inches
Supplies:
Yarn Bee Braided Basics Small Cord (46% cotton, 40% polyester, 14% ration) or any 2mm cord
F/6 hook MY FAV HOOKS can be found at this link
2” wooden ring
2 wooden beads that cord will slide through the cord easily
Yarn needle
Scissors
Special Stitches:
Bobble/Bo
[Yo, insert hook into designated stitch, yo, pull up loop to height of dc] 3 times, {with 7 loops on hook now}, yo, pull thru all 7 loops on hook, ch 1 to close stitch.
Notes:
Chain 3’s at the beginning of rows do count as a double crochet stitch.
For each row you will work the last 3 dc in the beginning chain 3 of the previous row as it does count as a double crochet stitch.
The pattern is worked flat in rows, then is folded and stitched to close the seams. Then finally the wooden ring, fringe or tassels are added.
Instructions between () are to be worked in same stitch or space.
Instructions betweek {} are special notes throughout pattern.
Total row stitch counts are designated by bold/italic print.
Boho Wall Basket Instructions
ch 4, sl st yo 4th ch forming a ring.
Row 1: ch 3 (2 dc, ch 3, 3 dc) in magic ring, turn.

Row 2: ch 3, 2 dc in same st as the beg ch-3, dc in next 2 st, (bo, ch 3, bo) in ch-3 sp, dc in next 2 st, 3 dc in last dc, turn.

Row 3: ch 3, 2 dc in same st as the beg ch-3, dc in next 5 st, (bo, ch 2, bo) in ch-3 sp, dc in next 5 st, 3 dc in last dc, turn.

Medium size basket fasten off leaving a 18” tail for finishing.
Row 15: ch 3, 2 dc in same st as the beg ch-3, dc in next 41 st, (bo, ch 3, bo) in ch-3 sp, dc in next 41 st, 3 dc in last dc, turn.

Row 16: ch 3, 2 dc in same st as the beg ch-3, dc in next 44 st, (bo, ch 3, bo) in ch-3 sp, dc in next 44 st, 3 dc in last dc, turn.

Large basket size fasten off leaving a 24” tail for finishing.
Finishing Of All Sizes
Lay triangular piece flat with right side facing up see image A-1.

Fold first point at bottom edge across to the edge of the 4th row approximately see image A-2.

Fold second point at bottom edge across front of basket to the edge on other side see image A-3.

Pin in place if needed and whip stitch across the bottom edge making sure to catch all 3 layers, do not fasten off.
Continue on whip stitching up the front working through just top two layers, fasten off weave in ends see image A-4.

Attaching Wooden Hoop
Slip stitch to join around wooden hoop.
Ch 1, {working over tail as you go} work 6 sc around hoop, fasten off leaving 12” tail.
Turn basket form upside down so the top point is facing you.
Thread yarn tail onto yarn needle see image A-5

Place needle up thru 1st sc st on hoop, thru 1st st next to ch-3 sp, see image A-6,

pull thru until you have a small loop. Then pass needle thru that loop pull until snug. Then repeat process across to stitch past ch-3 space. Finally, fasten off on back side and weave in all ends.
Tassel
Wrap cord around a 6″ ruler/book 25 times see image A-7

Then thread a 10″ piece of cord onto yarn needle and run it under all wrapped cord see image A-8

Next tie double knot to secure strands together see image A-9

Then cut along bottom edge opposite from double knot to release yarn see image A-10

At this point thread 12″ piece of cord onto yarn needle see image A-11

While holding the yarn tails together wrap tail on yarn needle around yarn fringe tightly and pull yarn tail through middle of strands under the wrapped section to secure see image A-12

Finally carefully cut the tail close to tassel ensuring you do not cut the yarn of the tassel.
Adding Beads
At last using a small crochet hook or threader pull both ends of tails through beads pushing beads up to tassel. Then you will knot off close to beads. Finally using crochet hook pull one tail through the top of the front of basket and double knot/weave in ends on inside of basket see image A-9
