Sunflower Mug Rug Pattern
Today is a great day as I am sharing my new crochet pattern for Sunflower Mug Rug. As I absolutely love summer/fall. So what flower better describes that late summer early fall season any better. That’s right the sunflower. Which has the best colors for that time of year. The pattern is intermediate level. Which means it is not for the beginner crocheter. However, make sure you Pin this post for future use no matter what. I used Hobby Lobby I Love This cotton yarn however, you can use any kind of cotton yarn as long as it is the same weight of 4-medium. I just love the cotton yarn from hobby lobby as it is so soft. Also, I think this flower would look very pretty using an variegated yellow/orange yarn for the petals also.

Here is great video tutorial for Sunflower Mug Rug Pattern
This Sunflower Mug Rug is the perfect size for coffee mugs or glasses! Of course you could add rounds to the center dark brown part of the flower and increase the diameter of the coasters.
So why don’t you make up a set for your home or for a house warming gift. In addition you could easily make up a set of 6-8 Sunflower Mug Rugs with one skein of each color yarn. So why don’t you let me now your thoughts or if you have questions. If you like this pattern then check put my other pattern for FLOWER POWER MUG RUG

I’ve read thru your pattern for the sunflower mug rug, but it seems to be missing the round of “golden” petals. It goes from
