Who doesn’t love coasters for the home and yet seasonal coasters. This pattern for Fall Mug Rug is easy level crochet pattern. In addition you need medium size 4 yarn. I suggest using 100% cotton for moisture wicking ability. Acrylic is what I used for this pattern just because I love the available colors and the sheen of the Hobby Lobby yarn Secret Soft. I used hook size I/9-5.50 mm. So it takes approximately 3 yards of yarn for one mug rug.
The pattern turns out appropriately 8″ across from leaf tip to leaf tip and 3 1/2″ across center of leaf. This is the perfect size for that mug of coffee, tea or your favorite beverage.

I have tried to see the full pattern on this website but for some strange reason it is getting cut off on the right side both on my computer and when I pull it up on my phone. I am on row 5 and it is a beautiful piece. If you can help me figure it out that would be greatly appresiated.
