Introduction
The main body of the pop of color sweater is created in one piece. After the main body is created you then add the sleeves, necktrim and bottom band are added. Hence there is no seaming of panels at the shoulders! So all you need to seam are the sides. Another key point this pattern features four sizes to include small, medium, large and x-large. Therefore you can create this pattern for a multitude of sizes.

This is the perfect waist length sweater that will get you through the whole winter season.
***How To Adjust Sizing***
The sweater is created with a 6 row repeat pattern that allows for easy memorization, quick and easy creation of sweater. The pattern is easy to adjust length of sweater by adding one 6 row repeat on both the front and back will create a sweater that cover part of the butt. In addition a 6 row repeat is 3″ in length so bare this in mind when adjusting length of the sweater. Correspondingly you can adjust the width of sweater by size adding half double crochet stitches (12 hdc = 4”) per 4” inch desired. Hence if you want to add 4″ to the width you will need to add 12 half double crochet stitches to the stitch count on row 1. Therefore every 4″ of width added will increase the size by 1 size up.
My yarn of choice for this project is Hobby Lobby I Love This Yarn. Given that I can’t say enough about how this sweater feels! Particularly it is super soft and squishy! Specifically the main color I used is called grey confetti. In essence it is a tweed yarn in light gray color with specks of peach, yellow and green. In addition the colors I used for the neck trim, and ribbing are buttercup and light peach. In addition you could just create one in a solid color. By all means the choice is up to you!
